etv99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the etv99 platform (accessible at etv99.club and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and etv99 (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the etv99 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

etv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these terms periodically. The version published on this page is always the currently operative version, with its effective date noted at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and etv99.

etv99 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager or bet on the etv99 platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use etv99:

• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an etv99 employee involved in the operation of the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from etv99 or had an account permanently closed by etv99 for breach of these terms.
• You are using your own personal funds for deposits and are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.

If we discover at any time that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, less any winnings generated during the period of underage use, which will be forfeited.

etv99 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We encourage parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. Each player may hold only one registered account on etv99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or through the use of a proxy or VPN — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. etv99 is not responsible for account access issues or failed communications arising from inaccurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. etv99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

etv99 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Documents commonly requested include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, bet placement, or withdrawal — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. etv99 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any dormancy administration fee or closing a dormant account.

All financial transactions on etv99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If you attempt a transaction from a payment instrument denominated in a currency other than BDT, the transaction will be declined.

etv99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. etv99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. etv99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments that have not been used to make at least one prior deposit on the account.

etv99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, over which etv99 has no control. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees charged by your chosen payment provider.

Funds held in your etv99 account do not accrue interest. etv99 holds player funds in accounts that are separate from the platform's operational funds; however, this does not constitute a guarantee or insurance of player funds in the event of insolvency.

Any deposits that are subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by your payment provider without etv99's prior agreement will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the offsetting of the reversed amount against any available balance. etv99 reserves the right to pursue recovery of reversed funds through all available legal and commercial channels.

etv99 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentive offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between the general terms and the specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses issued by etv99 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds and real (deposited) funds are tracked separately. Real funds are used first when placing wagers, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds, free bets, or associated winnings not used before the stated expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the offer is explicitly described as a recurring or reload offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or betting markets specified in the offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

etv99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already accepted a bonus offer are not retroactively affected in a material way. We also reserve the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a sign-up bonus multiple times, hedging bets to guarantee a profit from bonus funds, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses held by the relevant accounts and may result in permanent account closure.

All casino games available on the etv99 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified by internationally recognised testing laboratories. etv99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports available on etv99 — are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the betting interface. In the event of an ambiguity, the decision of etv99's trading team shall be final and binding.

The following fair play obligations apply to all players at all times:

• You must not use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• You must not exploit any bug, error, or malfunction in the platform's software. Any winnings resulting from a known technical error are void and will be removed from your account. You are required to report discovered bugs to [email protected] promptly.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players — including soft play in poker or coordinated betting strategies intended to manipulate outcomes.
• You must not use inside information — including non-public information about the condition of athletes, match-fixing arrangements, or other confidential information — to gain an advantage in sports betting markets.

etv99 reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any wager, or withhold any payout that we have reasonable grounds to believe was placed in breach of these gameplay rules or as part of a fraudulent or collusive scheme. In such cases, full details will be provided to the affected player and a formal dispute resolution process will be available.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the etv99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any funds deemed to have been obtained through prohibited activity, and may result in civil or criminal referral to appropriate authorities.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, including falsifying identity documents or misrepresenting your age.
• Money Laundering: Using the etv99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. etv99 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks & Payment Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after depositing funds into your etv99 account.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or use your etv99 account, or accessing another player's account with or without their permission.
• Automated Betting: Using any automated system, bot, script, or AI tool to place bets or interact with games on the platform without human intervention.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language toward etv99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to access etv99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or to circumvent account restrictions imposed by etv99.

etv99 employs advanced fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in investigations relating to fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity connected to the platform.

etv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal purposes.
• The account holder is under the age of 18.
• The account has been compromised and is being accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to etv99.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, we will notify the account holder by email as soon as it is practicable to do so. Where a suspension is subsequently lifted following investigation, any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be made available again, provided they were not accumulated through prohibited conduct.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel they are gambling more than they intend to — are encouraged to contact our support team to activate a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure. If you wish to raise a dispute regarding an account suspension, a voided bet, or a withheld payout, you must submit your dispute in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the action being taken. etv99 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent arbitration body as directed by etv99. etv99's decisions on all matters relating to the interpretation of these terms are final pending any such arbitration.
