When your self-exclusion period expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You will be required to contact our support team and complete a reinstatement process, which includes a short responsible gaming assessment and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before access is restored. This ensures that your return to the platform is a considered and deliberate decision.
